Burak Özçivit Stars in J. Fragrances’ Ruler Campaign for Pakistan

*Deimos Creative and Darang Production joined forces to create the Ruler fragrance campaign for Pakistan’s J. Fragrances, starring internationally acclaimed Turkish actor Burak Özçivit and directed by Haris Ali Qazi.*

Developed from concept to final campaign execution by *Deimos Creative and Darang Production*, the project brought together creative strategy, cinematic storytelling, celebrity marketing and international production under one integrated campaign structure.

The commercial was filmed in *Istanbul, Türkiye, across locations including **Ataşehir, Beykoz and Tuzla, and completed within an intensive two-day production schedule. **Line Production Turkey* managed the full production operation in Türkiye, coordinating locations, technical crews, equipment, logistics and on-set execution for the international campaign.

At the center of the campaign was *Burak Özçivit, whose strong recognition in Pakistan—particularly through his portrayal of Osman Bey in *Kuruluş: Osman—made him a natural fit for the positioning of *Ruler*. Pakistani media reported that the fragrance itself was inspired by the actor’s Osman Bey persona, connecting themes of leadership, strength and prestige directly with the product identity.

*Deimos Talent* managed the celebrity collaboration and coordination with Burak Özçivit, ensuring that the relationship between talent, brand and creative concept remained aligned throughout the campaign. Deimos Talent also identifies Ruler as one of its international celebrity marketing projects connecting Özçivit with the J. Fragrances brand.

Directed by *Haris Ali Qazi*, the campaign translated the Ruler identity into a cinematic visual world built around confidence, elegance and authority. Rather than treating Burak Özçivit simply as a campaign face, the creative approach positioned his persona at the heart of the product story.

The campaign proved highly successful in the Pakistani market. *Ruler generated strong consumer demand and sold out following its launch*, turning the collaboration into both a branding and commercial success. The fragrance remains part of J. Fragrances’ portfolio today; J.’s international online store currently also lists Ruler as sold out, while the official Pakistan store shows limited availability. The launch generated significant media attention in Pakistan as well. Burak Özçivit travelled to *Karachi for the official Ruler launch*, where his appearance attracted extensive press coverage and reinforced the cultural connection between Turkish entertainment and Pakistani audiences. During the launch, Özçivit said the collaboration with J. had been initiated several years earlier and expressed his interest in working in Pakistan’s entertainment industry in the future.
