As Deimos Brands Group, we are delighted to have been part of the commercial film project created as part of Emlak Katılım’s communication campaign marking its 100th anniversary.

The project’s creative development was led by Co.Brand, while production was brought to life through the collaboration of OnSıfır, Deimos Film, and Ark Pictures. The film was directed by Can Ulkay.

Designed to unite the brand’s deep-rooted values with its vision for the future through a compelling narrative, the commercial combines a strategic communication approach with cinematic storytelling. Centered around the themes of heritage, continuity, and the future, the project offers a distinctive perspective on the brand’s communication landscape through its strong visual language and production quality.

From the planning phase to the filming process, teams from various disciplines came together around a shared vision. Throughout the project, creative collaboration served as one of the key pillars of the production process. Together with its production partners, OnSıfır and Ark Pictures, Deimos Film delivered a comprehensive and integrated production process aligned with the brand’s communication objectives.

Shaped by director Can Ulkay’s narrative style and cinematic vision, the project stands out as a strong example of the creative synergy that emerges when professionals from different areas of expertise come together around a single story.
